Entology is a mid-sized software company. Management hated the company's Website because it consisted of awful and impenetrable content with meaningless buzzwords. The person responsible for the Website was fired, and an effort begun to undo the damage.
Kuru was asked how Entology could make its content approachable, exciting, and interesting. We rewrote a case study about an employee performance review system, adding enough details to make it interesting to read and show why the project mattered.
